2. Data protection

Your personal data collected on the website (or if you buy product/services) are not shared with any other third party. A declaration to the CNIL was made on the 26/02/16 (#1934118 v 0). By law, you can ask for modification of your personal data (please use the contact form).

Per defaut, you contact details will be part of client file of AchievUp and you will receive information about new products or news. If you don’t want to receive any information, you can mention it (contact form) or unsubscribe.

3. Intellectual property

Videos and documents are property of AchievUp, and training materials should not be re-used for any commercial purpose nor to share with another person. Public videos and articles on the blog can be shared (welcome!) , with the conditions that author and link to the website are mentioned. In case of doubts, please contact AchievUp.

4. Comments

Comments from participants are welcome as soon as they are constructive. Administrators moderate comments and will suppress any comment that might not refer to the rules, especially if they are insulting or indirect advertisement.

5. Traffic analysis

The website uses cookies. The user has the possibility to delete them by adjusting his preference of the browser settings.

CONDITIONS OF SALES

 

Article 1 : Object

General terms and conditions of sales are applicable to PMP certification preparation on the website AchievUp belonging the the company AchievUp. A customer means any natural or legal person buying via AchievUp website.

 

Article 2 : Scope of application

Before any purchase, it is mandatory that the customer approves general terms and conditions of sales. These conditions can change over the time, however the ones that apply are the ones at the time of the purchase.

 

Article 3 : Characteristics of proposed products and services

Online Products and services referring PMP certification preparation offered via achievUp website.

 

Timings for online coaching sessions will be defined together participants and the teacher, in case of non unanimity, timings fitting for the majority of participants will be chosen.

 

Article 4 : Prices

Prices are in Euros and mention clearly if taxes or not are included. For individuals (not having any company with VAT number), French VAT must be paid by the client (20%).

 

 

Prices can change over time, however the applicable price is the one at the time of the purchase.

 

Article 5 : Payment

Per default, the total amount must be paid to start the certification process per bank transfer. An invoice depending on the country and laws related to taxes will be prepared by AchievUp.

 

Article 6 : Delivery

Delivery are in English and in electronic format (dropbox, email, what’s up) and online (GoToMeeting for direct interactions with the English speaker teacher, platform PMStudy for test exams), email, use of gotomeeting with the teacher).

The access to the online platform for tests exams, other materials and PDU certificate (PMStudy) will last 60 days. This access will be setup by the trainer after stage 1 (about 4th week).

 

 

Article 7 : Return conditions and refunding

Products and services have a repayment guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can use the contact form to be refunded.

 

In case effective time with the trainer or access to the online platform open, refunding can happen for the non-consumed part, however the consumed part will be due.

 

 

Article 8 : Applicable law

All articles in these general terms and conditions of sales, and all purchases in the described scope are under the French law.
